नियमों को कब विधि का बल प्राप्त होता है–
इस अधिनियम के अधीन राज्य सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए सभी नियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे, और तदुपरि, जहां तक वे इस अधिनियम से सुसंगत हैं, वहां तक वे इस प्रकार प्रभावशील होंगे, मानो वे इसमें अधिनियमित हुए हैं ।

[ Indian Forest Act Section 78 in English ] –
“Rules when to have force of law”–
All rules made by the State Government under this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall thereupon, so far as they are consistent with this Act, have effect as if enacted therein.
