कार्यवाही का स्थगन–
प्रत्येक मामले में, जिसमें धारा 284 के अधीन कमीशन जारी किया गया है, जांच विचारण या अन्य कार्यवाही ऐसे विनिर्दिष्ट समय तक के लिए, जो कमीशन के निष्पादन और लौटाए जाने के लिए उचित रूप से पर्याप्त है, स्थगित की जा सकती है।
धारा 289 CrPC
[ CrPC Sec. 289 in English ] –
“ Adjournment of proceeding”–
In every case in which a commission is issued under section 284, the inquiry, trial or other proceeding may be adjourned for a specified time reasonably sufficient for the execution and return of the commission.
