[ Indian Forest Act Section 82 in Hindi ] –
सरकार को शोध्य धन की वसूली–
इस अधिनियम या इस अधिनियम के अधीन बनाए गए किसी नियम के अधीन या किसी वन-उपज की कीमत या ऐसी उपज के सम्बन्ध में इस अधिनियम के निष्पादन में उपगत व्ययों के कारण सरकार को देय सब धन, यदि शोध्य होने पर न दिए गए हों, तत्समय प्रवृत्त विधि के अनुसार ऐसे वसूल किए जा सकेंगे मानो वे भू-राजस्व की बकाया हों ।
भारतीय वन अधिनियम धारा 82
[ Indian Forest Act Section 82 in English ] –
“Recovery of money due to Government”–
All money payable to the Government under this Act, or under any rule made under this Act, or on account of the price of any forest produce, or of expenses incurred in the execution of this Act in respect of such produce, may, if not paid when due, be recovered under the law for the time being in force as if it were an arrear of land-revenue.
