[ Indian Forest Act Section 76 in Hindi ] –
नियम बनाने की अतिरिक्त शक्तियां–
राज्य सरकार निम्नलिखित के लिए नियम बना सकेगी-
(क) इस अधिनियम के अधीन किसी वन अधिकारी की शक्तियों और कर्तव्यों को विहित और सीमित करने के लिए,
(ख) इस अधिनियम के अधीन जुर्माना और अधिहरण के आगमों में से अधिकारियों और भेदियों को दिए जाने वाले पुरस्कारों का विनियमन करने के लिए,
(ग) सरकार के वृक्षों और इमारती लकड़ी का, जो प्राईवेट व्यक्तियों की भूमियों में उगे हुए हैं या उनके अधिभोग में हैं, संरक्षण, पुनरुत्पादन और व्ययन करने के लिए, और
(घ) साधारणतः इस अधिनियम के उपबन्धों को क्रियान्वित करने के लिए ।
भारतीय वन अधिनियम धारा 76
[ Indian Forest Act Section 76 in English ] –
“Additional powers to make rules”–
The State Government may make rules
(a) to prescribe and limit the powers and duties of any Forest-officer under this Act;
(b) to regulate the rewards to be paid to officers and informers out of the proceeds of fines and
confiscation under this Act;
(c) for the preservation, reproduction and disposal of trees and timber belonging to Government,
but grown on lands belonging to or in the occupation of private persons; and
(d) generally, to carry out the provisions of this Act.
