बंधकित पट्टे का नवीकरण-
जब कि बन्धक-सम्पत्ति पट्टा है और बंधककर्ता उस पट्टे का नवीकरण अभिप्राप्त कर लेता है तब बन्धकदार तत्प्रतिकूल संविदा न हो तो नए पट्टे का प्रतिभूति के प्रयोजनों के लिए हकदार होगा।
धारा 71 Transfer of property Act
[ Transfer of property Act Sec. 71 in English ] –
“Renewal of mortgaged lease”–
When the mortgaged property is as lease 1***, and the mortgagor obtains a renewal of the lease, the mortgagee, in the absence of a contract to the contrary, shall, for the purposes of the security, be entitled to the new lease.
