शेयरों का संख्यांकन –
शेयर पूंजी वाली किसी कंपनी के प्रत्येक शेयर को उसकी भिन्न संख्या द्वारा अलग किया जाएगा :
परंतु इस धारा की कोई बात ऐसे किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा धारित शेयर को लागू नहीं होगी, जिसका नाम निक्षेपागार के अभिलेख में ऐसे शेयर में फायदाग्राही हित धारक के रूप में दर्ज हैं।
कंपनी अधिनियम धारा 45
[ Companies Act Section 45 in English ] –
“ Numbering of shares”–
Every share in a company having a share capital shall be distinguished by its distinctive number:
Provided that nothing in this section shall apply to a share held by a person whose name is entered as holder of beneficial interest in such share in the records of a depository.
