व्यावृत्तियाँ —-
एतस्मिन् अन्यथा उपबन्धित के सिवाय, इस अधिनियम की किसी भी बात से यह नहीं समझा जाएगा कि वह
(क) किसी व्यक्ति को, विनिर्दिष्ट पालन से भिन्न अनुतोष के किसी ऐसे अधिकार से, जो वह किसी संविदा के अधीन रखता हो, वंचित करती है; अथवा
(ख) दस्तावेजों पर भारतीय रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का 16) के प्रवर्तन पर प्रभाव डालती है।
धारा 3 Specific relief act
[ Specific relief act Sec. 3 in English ] –
“Savings ”–
Except as otherwise provided herein, nothing in this Act shall be deemed—
(a) to deprive any person of any right to relief, other than specific performance, which he may have under any contract; or
(b) to affect the operation of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), on documents.
