चलत प्रत्याभूति का प्रतिभू का मृत्यु द्वारा प्रतिसंहरण—
चलत प्रत्याभूति को, जहाँ तक कि उसका भावी संत्र्यवहारों से संबंध है, प्रतिभू की मृत्यु तत्प्रतिकूल संविदा के अभाव में प्रतिसंहृत कर देती है।

“Revocation of continuing guarantee by surety’s death”–
The death of the surety operates, in the absence of any contract to the contrary, as a revocation of a continuing guarantee, so far as regards future transactions.
