[ limitation act Sec. 8 in Hindi ] –
विशेष अपवाद–
धारा 6 या धारा 7 की कोई भी बात शुफा अधिकारों को प्रवर्तित कराने के वादों को लागू नहीं होती और न किसी वाद अथवा आवेदन के परिसीमा काल को निर्योग्यता के अन्त से या उससे ग्रस्त व्यक्ति की मृत्यु से तीन वर्ष से अधिक विस्तारित करने वाली समझी जाएगी।
धारा 8 limitation act
[ limitation act Sec. 8 in English ] –
“ Special exceptions ”–
Nothing in section 6 or in section 7 applies to suits to enforce rights of pre-emption, or shall be deemed to extend, for more than three years from the cessation of the disability or the death of the person affected thereby, the period of limitation for any suit or application.
