[ Companies Act Sec. 79 in Hindi ] –
कतिपय मामलों में धारा 77 का लागू होना –
भारों के रजिस्ट्रीकरण से संबंधित धारा 77 के उपबंध, जहां तक हो सके, –
(क) उस धारा के अर्थ के भीतर भार के अधीन रहते हुए किसी संपत्ति का अर्जन करने वाली कंपनी; या
(ख) उस धारा के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत किसी भार के निबंधन या शर्तों या विस्तार या प्रवर्तन में किसी उपांतरण, को लागू होंगे।
कंपनी अधिनियम धारा 79
[ Companies Act Section 79 in English ] –
“Section 77 to apply in certain matters”–
The provisions of section 77 relating to registration of charges shall, so far as may be, apply to—
(a) a company acquiring any property subject to a charge within the meaning of that section; or
(b) any modification in the terms or conditions or the extent or operation of any charge registered under that section.
