” विधि के कुछ अन्य उपबंधों का वजित न होना “
धारा 15 के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए, इस अधिनियम और उसके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों के उपबंध कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63), बागान थम अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 69) और खान अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 का 35) के उपबंधों के अतिरिक्त होंगे, न कि उनके अल्पीकरण में।
धारा 20 Child Labour Act
[ Child Labour Act Sec. 20 in English ] –
“Certain other provisions of law not barred ”–
Subject to the provisions contained in section 15, the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Plantations Labour Act, 1951 (69 of 1951) and the Mines Act, 1952 (35 of 1952).
