भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम की धारा 158 | Section 158 of Indian Contract act
[ Indian Contract act Sec. 158 in Hindi ] –
आवश्यक व्ययों का उपनिधाता द्वारा प्रतिसंदाय—
जहां कि उपनिधान की शर्तों के अनुसार उपनिहिती द्वारा उपनिधाता के लिए माल रखा जाना या प्रवण किया जाना हो अथवा उस पर काम करवाया जाना हो और उपनिहिती को कोई पारिश्रमिक नहीं मिलता हो वहां उपनिधाता उपनिहिती को उपनिहिती द्वारा उपनिधान के प्रयोजन के लिए उपगत आवश्यक व्ययों का प्रतिसंदाय करेगा।
धारा 158 Indian Contract act
[ Indian Contract act Sec. 158 in English ] –
“Repayment, by bailor, of necessary expenses”–
Where, by the conditions of the bailment, the goods are to be kept or to be carried, or to have work done upon them by the bailee for the bailor, and the bailee is to receive no remuneration, the bailor shall repay to the bailee the necessary expenses incurred by him for the purpose of the bailment.
