उपनिहिती के माल के साथ उपनिधाता की सम्मति से उसके माल के मिश्रण का प्रभाव-
यदि उपनिहिती उपनिधाता की सम्मति से उपनिधाता के माल को अपने माल के साथ मिश्रित कर दे तो उपनिधाता और उपनिहिती इस प्रकार उत्पादित मिश्रण में अपने-अपने अंश के अनुपात से हित रखेंगे।
धारा 155 Indian Contract act
[ Indian Contract act Sec. 155 in English ] –
“Effect of mixture, with bailor’s consent, of his goods with bailee’s”–
If the bailee, with the consent of the bailor, mixes the goods of the bailor with his own goods, the bailor and the bailee shall have an interest, in proportion to their respective shares, in the mixture thus produced.
