” साक्षी को उत्तर देने के लिए कब विवश किया जाए “
यदि ऐसा कोई प्रश्न उस वाद या कार्यवाही से सुसंगत किसी बात से संबंधित है, तो धारा 132 के उपबन्ध उसको लागू होंगे।

“When witness to be compelled to answer”–
If any such question relates to a matter relevant to the suit or proceeding, the provisions of section 132 shall apply thereto.
