” सहअपराधी”
सहअपराधी, अभियुक्त ब्यक्ति के विरुद्ध सक्षम साक्षी होगा, और कोई दोषसिद्धि केवल इसलिए अबैध नहीं है कि वह किसी सहअपराधी के असम्पुष्ट परिसाक्ष्य के आधार पर की गई है।

“Accomplice ”–
An accomplice shall be a competent witness against an accused person; and a conviction is not illegal merely because it proceeds upon the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice.
