[ Indian Constitution Article 282 in Hindi ] –
संघ या राज्य द्वारा अपने राजस्व से किए जाने वाले व्यय–
संघ या राज्य किसी लोक प्रयोजन के लिए कोई अनुदान इस बात के होते हुए भी दे सकेगा कि वह प्रयोजन ऐसा नहीं है जिसके संबंध में, यथास्थिति , संसद् या उस राज्य का विधान-मंडल विधि बना सकता है ।

[ Indian Constitution Article 282 in English ] –
“Expenditure defrayable by the Union or a State out of its revenues”–
The Union or a State may make any grants for any public purpose, notwithstanding that the purpose is not one with respect to which Parliament or the Legislature of the State, as the case may be, may make laws.
