उच्च न्यायालयों का गठन—
प्रत्येक उच्च न्यायालय मुख्य न्यायमूार्ति और ऐसे अन्य न्यायाधीशों से मिलकर बनेगा जिन्हें राष्ट्रपति समय-समय पर नियुक्त करना आवश्यक समझे ।

“ Constitution of High Courts ”–
Every High Court shall consist of a Chief Justice and such other Judges as the President may from time to time deem it necessary to appoint.
