विवाह का अवरोधक करार शून्य है-
ऐसा हर करार शून्य है जो अप्राप्तवय से भिन्न किसी व्यक्ति के विवाह के अवरोधार्थ हो।

“Agreement in restraint of marriage, void”–
Every agreement in restraint of the marriage of any person, other than a minor, is void.
