[ Indian Forest Act Section 85a in Hindi ] –
केन्द्रीय सरकार के अधिकारों के लिए व्यावृत्ति–
इस अधिनियम की कोई बात, किसी राज्य सरकार को, उस राज्य में निहित न हुई सम्पत्ति के सम्बन्ध में कोई आदेश देने या कोई कार्य करने के लिए या सम्पृक्त सरकार की सम्मति के बिना केन्द्रीय सरकार या किसी अन्य राज्य सरकार के किन्हीं अधिकारों पर अन्यथा प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालने के लिए प्राधिकृत नहीं करेगी ।
भारतीय वन अधिनियम धारा 85a
[ Indian Forest Act Section 85a in English ] –
“Saving for rights of Central Government ”–
Nothing in this Act shall authorise a Government of any State to make any order or do anything in relation to any property not vested in that State or otherwise prejudice any rights of the Central Government or the Government of any other State without the consent of the Government concerned.
