शतों के पालन या प्रतिफल की प्राप्ति द्वारा प्रतिग्रहण-
किसी प्रस्थापना की शर्तों का पालन, या व्यतिकारी वचन के लिए, जो प्रतिफल किसी प्रस्थापना के साथ पेश किया गया हो, उसका प्रतिग्रहण उस प्रस्थापना का प्रतिग्रहण है।
धारा 8 Indian Contract act

“ Acceptance by performing conditions, or receiving consideration”–
Performance of the conditions of a proposal, or the acceptance of any consideration for a reciprocal promise which may be offered with a proposal, is an acceptance of the proposal.
