” जबकि अनुप्रमाणक साक्षी निष्पादन का प्रत्याख्यान करता है, तब सबूत “
यदि अनुप्रमाणक साक्षी दस्तावेज के निष्पादन का प्रत्याख्यान करे या उसे उसके निष्पादन का स्मरण न हो, तो उसका निष्पादन अन्य साक्ष्य द्वारा साबित किया जा सकेगा।
