[ Domestic violence act Sec. 34 in Hindi ] –
संरक्षण अधिकारी द्वारा किए अपराध का संज्ञान.-
संरक्षण अधिकारी के विरुद्ध कोई अभियोजन या अन्य विधिक कार्यवाही तक तक नहीं होगी जब तक राज्य सरकार या इस निमित्त उसके द्वारा प्राधिकृत किसी अधिकारी की पूर्व मंजूरी से कोई परिवाद फाइल नहीं किया जाता है।

[ Domestic violence act Sec. 34 in English ] –
“Cognizance of offence committed by Protection Officer ”–
No prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Protection Officer unless a complaint is filed with the previous sanction of the State Government or an officer authorised by it in this behalf.
