कौन सी लिखतें भागतः रद्द की जा सकेंगी-
जहाँ कि कोई लिखत विभिन्न अधिकारों या विभिन्न बाध्यताओं का साक्ष्य हो, वहाँ न्यायालय, उचित मामले में, उसे भागतः रद्द कर सकेगा और अवशिष्ट को बना रहने दे सकेगा।

“ What instruments may be partially cancelled ”–
Where an instrument is evidence of different rights or different obligations, the court may, in a proper case, cancel it in part and allow it to stand for the residue.
