अभिकरण का पर्यवसान-
अभिकरण का पर्यवसान मालिक द्वारा अपने प्राधिकार के प्रतिसंहरण से, अथवा अभिकर्ता द्वारा अभिकरण के कारबार के त्यजन से, अथवा अभिकरण के कारबार के पूरे हो जाने से, अथवा मालिक के या अभिकर्ता के मर जाने या विकृतचित्त हो जाने से; अथवा मालिक किसी ऐसे तत्समय प्रवृत्त अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के अधीन, जो दिवालिया ऋणियों के अनुतोष के लिए हो दिवालिया न्यायनिर्णीत किए जाने से हो जाता है।
धारा 201 Indian Contract act
[ Indian Contract act Sec. 201 in English ] –
“Termination of agency”–
An agency is terminated by the principal revoking his authority; or by the agent renouncing the business of the agency; or by the business of the agency being completed; or by either the principal or agent dying or becoming of unsound mind; or by the principal being adjudicated an insolvent under the provisions of any Act for the time being in force for the relief of insolvent debtors.
