भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम की धारा 180 | Section 180 of Indian Contract act
[ Indian Contract act Sec. 180 in Hindi ] –
उपनिधाता या उपनिहिती द्वारा दोषकर्ता के विरुद्ध वाद–
यदि कोई पर-व्यक्ति उपनिहिती को उपनिहित माल के उपयोग या उस पर कब्जे से दोषपूर्वक वंचित करे या माल को कोई क्षति करे तो उपनिहिती ऐसे उपचारों का उपयोग करने का हकदार है जिनका वैसी दशा में स्वामी उपयोग कर सकता यदि उपनिधान नहीं किया गया होगा, और या तो उपनिधाता या उपनिहिती ऐसे वंचित किए जाने या ऐसी क्षति के लिए पर-व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध वाद ला सकेगा।
धारा 180 Indian Contract act
[ Indian Contract act Sec. 180 in English ] –
“Suit by bailor or bailee against wrong-doer”–
If a third person wrongfully deprives the bailee of the use or possession of the goods bailed, or does them any injury, the bailee is entitled to use such remedies as the owner might have used in the like case if no bailment had been made; and either the bailor or the bailee may bring a suit against a third person for such deprivation or injury.
