[ Prevention of corruption act Sec. 15 in Hindi ] –
प्रयत्न के लिए दंड-
जो कोई धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ग) या खंड (घ) में निर्दिष्ट कोई अपराध करने का प्रयत्न करेगा वह कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि दो वर्ष से कम की नहीं होगी, किन्तु पांच वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी] और जुर्माने से भी, दंडनीय होगा।
धारा 15 Prevention of corruption act
[ Prevention of corruption act Sec. 15 in English ] –
“Punishment for attempt”–
Whoever attempts to commit an offence referred to in clause (c) or clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 13 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term 3[which shall not be less than two years but which may extend to five years] and with fine.
