“अपराधों का संज्ञेय और अजमानतीय होना”
दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, इस अधिनियम के अधीन दण्डनीय अपराध संज्ञेय और अजमानतीय होगा।
धारा 15 Child Marriage Act
[ Child Marriage Act Sec. 15 in English ] –
“Offences to be cognizable and non-bailable”–
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), an offence punishable under this Act shall be cognizable and non-bailable.
