दुर्व्यपदेशन द्वारा अभिप्राप्त प्रत्याभूति अविधिमान्य होगी—
कोई भी प्रत्याभूति, जो लेनदार द्वारा या उसके ज्ञान और अनुमति से संव्यवहार के तात्विक भाग के बारे में दुर्व्यपदेशन से अभिप्राप्त की गई है, अविधिमान्य है।

“Guarantee obtained by misrepresentation invalid”–
Any guarantee which has been obtained by means of misrepresentation made by the creditor, or with his knowledge and assent, concerning a material part of the transaction, is invalid.
