अन्य आकस्मिकताओं में राष्ट्रपति के कॄत्यों का निर्वहन–
अन्य आकस्मिकताओं में राष्ट्रपति के कॄत्यों का निर्वहन–संसद्, ऐसी किसी आकस्मिकता में जो इस अध्याय में उपबंधित नहीं है, राष्ट्रपति के कॄत्यों के निर्वहन के लिए ऐसा उपबंध कर सकेगी जो वह ठीक समझे ।

[ Indian Constitution Article 70 in English ] –
“Discharge of President’s functions in other contingencies”–
Parliament may make such provisions as it thinks fit for the discharge of the functions of the President in any contingency not provided for in this Chapter.
