इस भाग के अन्य उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए , भारत के राज्यक्षेत्र में सर्वत्र व्यापार , वाणिज्य और समागम अबाध होगा ।

“Freedom of trade, commerce and intercourse”–
Subject to the other provisions of this Part, trade, commerce and intercourse throughout the territory of India shall be free.
